Upon payment in full this license shall become in effect. Archivea GmbH and its subsidiary Archivea, Inc. d.b.a. Fordimages acting beneath its master license agreement with Ford Motor Company does hereby grant a non-exclusive sub-license for the use of selected property in accordance to the below terms:
