At Archivea we stand behind our product 100%.
We print and assemble all our products at our own facility in Lugano, Switzerland. We ship worldwide via SwissPost or Fedex. We take great pride in hand making each product for you. Our factory is owned by Americans and Swiss. It is staffed by Swiss citizen craftspeople who take legendary pride in their work. We have a united commitment to quality and service at our core.
As each product is custom made your agreement to our terms and condition at check out acknowledges that these products take on average 8-10 weeks to make and another 1-2 weeks to be delivered to you. Please read these terms so all expectations are understood.

Our Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
Each product we make comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. These are hand made for you based upon your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your print for any reason you may return it for store credit less return shipping costs. If we make a typographical error on the chassis plate of your Owners Edition or include an incorrect image then naturally we will remake it at no cost to you.
Missed Delivery Policy
We email tracking info to you the moment we ship your order. If between the time you place your order and the time we ship your order your address has changed or you will be on an extended vacation, we must be notified to update your address prior to shipment or you can update your shipping info yourself on your account at our site. We ship via Fedex and SwissPost. SwissPost is contracted with USPS to manage your shipment within North America if it is a large package. Given losses via vandalism and theft from doorsteps and porches in the USA, USPS requires a signature. If the USPS cannot obtain a signature by you they will leave a notice in your mailbox and you will have a few days to arrange pick up or redelivery of your order. The Post Office will not hold it beyond a few days and it has been our experience that they will not return to us in Switzerland. We cannot be held responsible should you not be at home to sign for your package or fail to pick it up at the post office. If this happens to you please contact us quickly after you have been unsuccessful at retrieval at your local post office.
Transit Damage Claims
Our products are made in Switzerland at our own factory. We ship using SwissPost which is the highest ranked postal service in the world. Each order is insured and thus we require photographic evidence of any damage to the product which in the rare situation may have been caused in transit. Please email photographs of all damage so that we may process a return and make a claim to SwissPost. Without photographic evidence of damage to the actual product we cannot process any claims. Should you make a claim with Paypal or your credit card service without photographic evidence we will challenge it. We need the photographic evidence to be able to claim insurance damage compensation from SwissPost. Thank you for your understanding
Please notify us of all returns before proceeding, Archivea cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping package and be sure to include your order number. We will accept return shipments only from USPS.
