Ford Images Archive

Ford Images was created in 2004 to present imagery, video, brochures and vintage advertisements from the archives of The Ford Motor Company and The Henry Ford Museums. Below you will find un-retouched images directly from the archives. These images are meant to give you the experience of the photo editor as you view them. Like finding a treasure trove of photos that you are seeing for the first time. In 2004 I worked with my colleague archivists and licensing teams at The Ford Motor Company and The Henry Ford Museum to digitize and share these images with you. In this Archive section you will see a growing number of images with the goal of illustrating an example of every year of every model. With the Dave Friedman Collection from The Henry Ford Museums we are combining Racing vehicles with Production vehicles as a living and breathing online archive available to the public to enjoy and as photo prints to build your own collection at home.
