Our Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving any merchandise.
We cannot accept the following returns:
- Any order returned more than 30 days after it was received
- Any Customized Sign or Custom Order
- Any damaged or otherwise non-resalable print
- Any gift certificates
Please notify us of all returns before proceeding, Archivea cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and be sure to include your order number. We recommend that you send your return back via an insured carrier to the following address:

If you are not satisfied with your Archivea purchase, we will work with you to make your return as easy as possible.
- Archivea will refund you in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item.
- Refunds will be issued with-in two business days after we receive the goods.
- Archivea will issue a full refund including shipping charges for any order that arrives damaged or in error.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds and credits are not applicable to damaged returns.
- Coupon/promotional discounts used will be deducted from the refund/credit.
